Abstract Submission Guidelines

Selection Process: E-poster slots are limited (100 – 120) and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 31st March 2026.
Registration for PG EXCEL 2026 is mandatory
Postgraduates from each college are permitted to present after obtaining consent in form of Bonafide certificate from their respective Heads of Department (HODs) as per the prescribed format attached (Available for download).
Finality: The decision of the Scientific Committee regarding acceptance is final and binding

Platform: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the link updated in PG EXCEL 2026 Website
Format: Submissions must be in MS-Word (** .doc** or.docx) format only.
Language: Only English is accepted. Please proofread for spelling and grammatical errors; abstracts will be published in ebook of PG EXCEL 2026 exactly as submitted.
Originality: Abstracts must be original work and must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.

Presenters should be in their designated Hall 20 minutes prior to the presentation which will be intimated 1 month prior (May 2026).
Total Duration: 5 Minutes (4 minutes for presentation + 1 minute for Q&A with judges).
Format: Digital E-Poster. No physical printing is required.
Template: Final e-posters must be prepared using the official PG EXCEL 2026 PowerPoint template [Link for Template].

Slide Ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen) - Landscape.
Font Clarity: Use sans-serif fonts (like Arial or Calibri). The title should be legible from a distance, and body text should not be smaller than 14pt for digital viewing.
Visuals: Ensure all clinical photographs and graphs are high-resolution.
Mandatory Branding: PG EXCEL 2026 logo must be displayed in the top header along with ISA Logo.
